Independently manage day-to-day HR processes and employee requests, support onboarding and adaptation of new hires, and ensure smooth employee experience across all stages of the lifecycle.
Lead recruitment processes from briefing to offer stage, collaborating closely with hiring managers and ensuring high-quality hiring decisions, positive candidate experience, and timely vacancy closure.
Partner with managers on HR and hiring-related matters, provide guidance on core people topics, and act as a reliable point of contact for employees.
Identify opportunities to improve HR and recruitment workflows, enhance efficiency through AI tools, and contribute to building scalable people processes.
Operate independently within three months, successfully close multiple vacancies, and establish credibility as a trusted HR partner across the organization.
