Tilt is looking for a Product Manager to join their Leave Lifecycle Experience team and help scale their business by improving the end-to-end leave experience for employees, managers, and HR administrators. The role involves owning the product vision, collaborating with various teams, and ensuring solutions are intuitive and compliant.

Responsibilities:

Own the vision, roadmap, and execution for key areas of the Leave Lifecycle Experience, ensuring solutions are intuitive, compliant, and scalable
Identify and prioritize product opportunities based on:
Customer needs and real-world leave workflows
Business goals and measurable impact
Long-term product strategy, platform scalability, and regulatory considerations
Translate customer problems and business requirements into clear product direction and requirements
Partner closely with Engineering, Design, Customer Success, Sales, and Operations to deliver high-quality end-to-end product experiences
Engage directly with customers and internal teams to understand workflows, uncover pain points, and validate solutions in production
Define success metrics and use data, experimentation, and qualitative feedback to continuously improve product outcomes
Evaluate and introduce new capabilities (e.g., automation, AI-assisted workflows, and decision support) that reduce friction, increase efficiency, and improve user trust
Support go-to-market readiness by ensuring features are well-positioned, understood, and adopted

Requirements:

5+ years of experience as a Product Manager
Experience in the leave of absence industry
Experience building and shipping B2B or SaaS products
Skilled at balancing customer needs, business priorities, and technical constraints
Collaborate effectively with engineers and designers, even if not deeply technical
High levels of empathy and can connect deeply with Tilt's mission
Comfortable working in ambiguous environments
Ability to learn software quickly
Fearlessly flexible and curious; thrive in an environment with uncertainty
Experience working with a startup and/or with a B2B SaaS business
Proven ability to integrate all aspects of life to produce excellent work
Ability to get things done at a pace consistent with business needs
