Tilt is looking for a Product Manager to join their Leave Lifecycle Experience team and help scale their business by improving the end-to-end leave experience for employees, managers, and HR administrators. The role involves owning the product vision, collaborating with various teams, and ensuring solutions are intuitive and compliant.
Responsibilities:
- Own the vision, roadmap, and execution for key areas of the Leave Lifecycle Experience, ensuring solutions are intuitive, compliant, and scalable
- Identify and prioritize product opportunities based on:
- Customer needs and real-world leave workflows
- Business goals and measurable impact
- Long-term product strategy, platform scalability, and regulatory considerations
- Translate customer problems and business requirements into clear product direction and requirements
- Partner closely with Engineering, Design, Customer Success, Sales, and Operations to deliver high-quality end-to-end product experiences
- Engage directly with customers and internal teams to understand workflows, uncover pain points, and validate solutions in production
- Define success metrics and use data, experimentation, and qualitative feedback to continuously improve product outcomes
- Evaluate and introduce new capabilities (e.g., automation, AI-assisted workflows, and decision support) that reduce friction, increase efficiency, and improve user trust
- Support go-to-market readiness by ensuring features are well-positioned, understood, and adopted
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager
- Experience in the leave of absence industry
- Experience building and shipping B2B or SaaS products
- Skilled at balancing customer needs, business priorities, and technical constraints
- Collaborate effectively with engineers and designers, even if not deeply technical
- High levels of empathy and can connect deeply with Tilt's mission
- Comfortable working in ambiguous environments
- Ability to learn software quickly
- Fearlessly flexible and curious; thrive in an environment with uncertainty
- Experience working with a startup and/or with a B2B SaaS business
- Proven ability to integrate all aspects of life to produce excellent work
