Own the full stack — React frontend, Convex backend, infrastructure, and everything in between
Build features that brands and creators interact with every day
Architect systems that are reliable at scale without being over-engineered
Integrate and maintain the services that power payments, auth, storage, and email
Improve the tools and workflows that make the team faster

Requirements:

3+ years shipping full-stack products in production
Strong TypeScript and React fundamentals
Comfort owning systems end-to-end: design, build, deploy, iterate
Good product intuition — you think about users, not just code
Experience with serverless backends and real-time data is a plus
