Be responsible for drafting and negotiating a wide range of Commercial Contracts
Working closely with our Client’s in-house legal departments on a range of matters such as international deals, bids, procurement, marketing, professional services, media, technology or consumer matters
Be part of a team committed to the overall delivery of services and compliance with all delivery commitments to the client
Active caseload management
Adhere to all Factor delivery processes and commitments;
Input and manage data on Factor and client systems and keep them up to date;
Help develop contract templates, playbooks and other tools for use by the team;

Law Degree and/or Legally Qualified;
Legally eligible to work in the country this role is based;
Minimum of 0-2 years' experience of drafting and negotiating commercial contracts within a law firm, an ALSP, as part of an in-house legal team or within Factor;
Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills;
Strong attention to detail;
Regular client-facing experience;
Good commercial awareness, working directly with business managers;
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
especially Microsoft Word;
