Develop and execute a regional sales plan to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
Identify, prospect, and onboard new Travel Advisor accounts across the Midlands region.
Manage and grow existing accounts with a focus on retention and year-on-year revenue increase.
Represent Exoticca at Midlands region trade shows, industry events, networking functions, and FAM trips.
Deliver in-person and virtual product presentations and training sessions.
Drive group bookings and strategic partnership opportunities.
Maintain accurate pipeline and account management using Salesforce CRM.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Operations, and HQ teams to ensure alignment and service excellence.
Prepare weekly sales activity reports and monthly expense reports.
Meet defined KPIs and performance standards.

Minimum 2 years’ experience in travel industry sales within the Midlands market.
Strong existing network of Midlands-based Travel Advisors and industry contacts.
Experience in field sales and territory management.
Willingness to travel regularly across the Midlands region and occasionally internationally (events, HQ visits).
Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Commercial mindset with a data-driven approach (Salesforce experience preferred).
Entrepreneurial attitude, comfortable in a fast-growing and evolving environment.
Open to feedback, coaching, and continuous improvement.
