Requirements

3+ years of experience managing B2C mobile apps (iOS/Android), ideally with subscriptions or in-app advertising
Practical experience working closely with Product Owners, Designers and Marketing specialists, with a solid grasp cross-functional team workflows
Be able to articulate data, business levers and cases to key stakeholders
Solid understanding of performance marketing principles and mobile growth mechanics (UA, ASO, retention, monetization).
Experience collaborating with user acquisition teams, and attribution platforms to evaluate and optimize campaign impact.
Able to analyze marketing performance, provide strategic feedback, and align growth efforts with product goals.
You speak the language of data: retention curves, LTV models, churn, CAC, etc.
Experience with tools like Amplitude, Firebase, or Google Analytics.
Knowledge of the mobile utility apps space.
Deep understanding of utility mobile apps
Curious about tech innovations — AI, APIs, automation — and their application to your product.
Skilled in cross-functional leadership, stakeholder alignment, and team communication.
Able to translate business strategy into actionable product work.
3+ years of experience managing or collaborating with cross-disciplinary teams.
Strong organization and project coordination across squads.
