Requirements
3+ years of experience managing B2C mobile apps (iOS/Android), ideally with subscriptions or in-app advertising
Practical experience working closely with Product Owners, Designers and Marketing specialists, with a solid grasp cross-functional team workflows
Be able to articulate data, business levers and cases to key stakeholders
Solid understanding of performance marketing principles and mobile growth mechanics (UA, ASO, retention, monetization).
Experience collaborating with user acquisition teams, and attribution platforms to evaluate and optimize campaign impact.
Able to analyze marketing performance, provide strategic feedback, and align growth efforts with product goals.
You speak the language of data: retention curves, LTV models, churn, CAC, etc.
Experience with tools like Amplitude, Firebase, or Google Analytics.
Knowledge of the mobile utility apps space.
