Customer service (email support, customer inquiries, order issues)
Maintenance and optimization of product data – you ensure our products are presented perfectly
Online marketing: support with Google Ads, creating and sending newsletter campaigns, marketplace marketing
Webshop management (shop maintenance, promotions, content)
Graphic design (e.g., simple banners, newsletter graphics, social assets)

Enrolled student (Bachelor or Master) with a focus in one of the following areas: Online/Digital Marketing, IT, E‑Commerce, Business Informatics, or Graphic Design
Interest in e‑commerce, online marketing and digital business models
Practical experience in e‑commerce, online marketing, graphic design or software development
Experience with Shopify, Google Ads, Klaviyo, PlentyOne is a plus but not required
Independent, reliable working style with a hands‑on mentality
