Customer service (email support, customer inquiries, order-related issues)
Maintenance and optimization of product data — ensuring our products are presented perfectly
Support with Google Ads, creation and sending of newsletter campaigns, and marketplace marketing
Webshop management (shop maintenance, promotions, content)
Graphic design (e.g., simple banners, newsletter graphics, social media assets)

Enrolled student (Bachelor’s or Master’s) specializing in one of the following areas: Online/Digital Marketing, IT, E‑Commerce, Business Informatics, or Graphic Design
Interest in e‑commerce, online marketing and digital business models
Practical experience in e‑commerce, online marketing, graphic design or software development
Experience with Shopify, Google Ads, Klaviyo, PlentyOne is a plus but not required
Independent, reliable working style with a hands‑on mentality
Solution-oriented thinker who contributes ideas to make processes smarter
