At least 5 years of intensive, hands‑on experience managing large budgets and complex account structures.
You understand the challenges of long sales cycles, complex products and B2B client targeting.
You are an expert in Google Ads, Microsoft Ads and Meta Business Manager.
You can manipulate feeds (e.g., Channable) and fix tracking issues in GTM yourself.
You critically scrutinize click prices (CPCs) and conversion rates.
You optimize for contribution margin (profit), not just revenue.
You are a doer who works directly in the account — you don’t need an agency to build your reports; you outperform them.
