Collaborate with customers to deeply understand their transportation & logistics processes, challenges, and strategic objectives, and transform these into scalable OTM solutions.
Lead and oversee the implementation of OTM solutions, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and alignment with the designed architecture
Facilitate design meetings and manage project timelines and budgets.
Delegate and track project team member tasks (potentially across geographies).
Demonstrate a willingness to do hands-on configuration work.
Provide coaching, mentoring, and performance counseling to junior team members.
Identify opportunities for improvement and implement optimizations to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Hands-on experience in OTM solution design and implementation.
Extensive understanding of transportation, logistics operations, and industry best practices.
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
