Maintain an organized pipeline of leads and opportunities using the CRM system
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth within assigned territories
In time submission of Large contracts through GEM Portals and various other government websites
Self driven to work individually
Prepare regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market conditions for management review
Identify and qualify new sales leads through research, networking, and cold calling
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their energy needs and providing tailored solutions
Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients, highlighting the benefits of our energy products and services
Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth
Prepare and present detailed proposals and contracts to clients, ensuring compliance with company policies
Work closely with the marketing, engineering, and customer service teams to ensure seamless service delivery
Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs, maintaining accurate records of sales activities and forecasts in the CRM system

Minimum Experience 6-8 years especially working with Clients like EIL,PDIL,IOCL,ONGC,BHEL etc
Experience of filling online tenders for customers like EIL,IOCL,BHEL through GEM portal
BE in Mechanical or Chemical engineering.
Knowledge of types of heat exchangers
Heat transfer principles
Metallurgy
Mass transfer
Presentation
CRM
MS office etc.
