About this role
Role Overview
- Work as remote agents providing customer service, sales, and appointment setting
- Participate in a typing test, voice test, and test call
- Complete New Agent Orientation and 3-5 day training class on assigned projects
Requirements
- At least 6 months experience in Telemarketing, Sales, Appointment Setting, Technical Support, Customer Service / Retention, or Project Management
- Must have a USB Headset
- Must be able to type at least 22 wpm
- No Felonies in the past 5 years
Benefits
- Pay is on a weekly basis
- Projects that pay by the hour and also projects that pay commission only with no cap on your earnings
