Support CEOs, Founders and executive teams by managing key projects and ensuring alignment across departments.
Facilitate communication and collaboration among senior leadership to drive strategic initiatives.
Conduct research and analysis to provide insights that inform executive decision-making.
Manage workflows and ensure that priorities are clearly communicated and executed.
Assist in the development and implementation of operational strategies that enhance business performance.
Act as a trusted advisor, representing executive leadership in meetings when necessary.
Has a knack for excellent power points and creation of decks

A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (an MBA is a plus).
Strategy Management Consulting experience is a must
2+ years of experience in a Chief of Staff, operations, or a similar role, with proven experience in managing cross-functional projects.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop strategic recommendations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
Experience in a fractional or consultancy environment is highly desirable.
Flexibility to work on multiple assignments and adapt to various organizational cultures.
