Analyze complex business requirements and map business processes to NetSuite software in a remote or in-person capacity as requested by the client, including but not limited to video or onsite interaction
Assist in performing fit/gap analysis on business requirements en route to system design and execution
Develop wireframe and schematic diagrams to support customer requirements gathering and facilitate overall business process discovery
Work alongside Senior and Principal Consultants to implement and deploy NetSuite solutions accommodating unique industry business and management processes, regulatory requirements and other business requirements
Collaborate and work closely with in-house development team to implement custom solutions
Willingness to develop NetSuite product skills in all areas as required by customer engagements and dedicate time toward professional certifications
This role may include travel, and occasional flexibility in working hours, including nights and weekends which may be necessary to meet project deadlines or address unforeseen circumstances during engagements
Contribute to various internal MHI initiatives including resource mentorship and ongoing education

1-2 years of relevant consulting or industry experience
Hands-on Functional NetSuite ERP Implementation Experience with involvement in 3-5 end-to-end engagements
Conduct business process mapping and requirements gathering sessions with new customers to determine configuration requirements both on-site and remote.
Willingness to develop NetSuite product skills in all areas as required by customer engagements and dedicate time toward professional certifications
SuiteFoundations Certified and actively working toward ERP NetSuite Certification
