Ensure system scalability, performance, and adherence to best practices.
Stay up to date with Salesforce innovations and assess their potential for integration.

Proven experience as a Salesforce Architect or in a similar role.
Deep knowledge of Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud).
Expertise in Apex, Visualforce, LWC, and Salesforce APIs (REST/SOAP).
Strong experience with system integrations and middleware solutions.
Salesforce certifications (e.g., Application Architect, System Architect) are a must.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Strong communication skills to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Leadership capabilities and experience in guiding technical teams.
Process-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions.
Must be available for a 4-hour overlap between 15:00 and 19:00 Poland time to ensure real-time collaboration.
