Manage a team of developers and oversee the development, deployment, and maintenance of CDN services
Ensure the delivery of scalable and high-performance systems, while maintaining service-level agreements (SLAs) and customer satisfaction
Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to DDoS mitigation, web acceleration, SSL certification, and cloud services
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, product management, and customer support to ensure seamless service delivery
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in CDN and cloud services
Lead the team to establish and maintain DevOps practices to ensure efficient and effective service delivery
Ensure 24x7 availability and provide timely resolution of production incidents and customer issues
Foster a culture of innovation, problem-solving, and continuous improvement
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
5 or more years of experience in the tech industry with expertise in DDoS mitigation, Kong and Nginx, web acceleration, SSL certification, scalable systems, cloud services, DevOps, and leading 24x7 teams.
Proven experience in managing and leading a team of engineers
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
