Act as the first point of contact for all the Slovak-speaking customers
Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
Provide software troubleshooting for mobile devices (mobile phones, tablets & more)
Assist customers to manage/secure their account & passwords
Resolve customers’ online store post-sales requests
Manage large amounts of incoming calls & emails
Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions
Requirements
Fluency both in written and spoken Slovak
C1 in English
Technical skills
Familiar with iOS and/or MacOS, or comparable technology, is preferred
Customer-oriented attitude
Willingness to provide exceptional customer experience
Relocation to Greece
