Requirements

• Financial Strategy & Planning: Support financial decision-making by developing budgets, forecasts, and strategic financial plans.
• Grant & Donor Finance Management: Oversee grant funding, track expenditures, and ensure compliance with donor requirements.
• Process Optimisation: Improve financial workflows and reporting to increase efficiency and transparency.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with program, product, and operations teams to align financial planning with organisational goals.
• International & Multi-Currency Accounting: Manage financial operations across multiple countries, ensuring compliance with international regulations.
