Presentation of IT concepts: Preparing and delivering presentations and coordinating customer meetings.
Ongoing consultancy: Supporting customers during the implementation phase and providing continuous support via Microsoft Teams.
Customer relationship management: Maintaining customer relationships even after project completion.
Documentation: Creating and maintaining documentation for planning and coordinating customer projects.
Project coordination: Organizing and overseeing projects and installations.
(Process) Analytics: Conducting detailed analyses to optimize business processes.
IT concepts: Designing and developing IT concepts and overseeing their implementation.
Training and workshops: Delivering trainings and workshops for customers, including preparation and follow-up.
Creation of training materials: Developing and continuously improving training materials and self-study resources.
Sales support: Passing on relevant customer information to support the sales team.
Requirements
Commercial knowledge: Solid understanding of business processes and basic accounting knowledge.
IT understanding: Strong understanding of cross-system IT architectures and Microsoft Windows Server infrastructure.
Industry knowledge: Experience in the automotive trade, particularly in spare parts management, customer service, premium processing, ELZ/Webshop, POS and time tracking.
SQL knowledge: Understanding of databases, table structures, fields and query creation.
Communication skills: Excellent presentation and communication skills.
Organizational skills: Ability to plan and coordinate projects independently.
Teamwork: Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team.
Flexibility: Willingness to travel and adapt flexibly to customer needs.
