Customer Service Professional

Role Overview

• Provide customer service to various clients from home.
• Set your own schedule with a minimum of 15 hours per week.
• Use provided tools and resources to support customers.
• Collaborate with independent contractors and team members as necessary.

Requirements

• MUST BE 18 YEARS OR OLDER.
• MUST BE ABLE TO PASS A BACKGROUND CHECK.
• CALL CENTER EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED.
• WORK FROM HOME EXPERIENCE IS PREFERRED.
• MUST BE MOTIVATED, DEPENDABLE, AND READY TO BEGIN WORKING.
• Must pay between $9.99-$250 depending on the client chosen for certification.
• MUST ENROLL IN CLIENT CERTIFICATION WITHIN 30 DAYS OF JOINING THE TEAM.
