Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements related to production planning and execution.
Design, configure, and implement SAP PP solutions to support production planning, capacity planning, material requirements planning (MRP), and shop floor execution.
Customize SAP PP functionalities as needed to meet specific business needs, including work center setup, routings, BOMs, and production scheduling.
Perform system testing, integration testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT) for SAP PP implementations.
Provide training and support to end-users for SAP PP functionalities and processes.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP PP configurations, interfaces, and integrations.
Stay updated on the latest SAP PP developments, best practices, and industry trends.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, logistics, and IT, to ensure alignment of SAP PP solutions with overall business objectives.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production planning processes and optimize SAP PP functionality.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.
3+ years of experience working with SAP PP, including implementation, configuration, and support.
Strong understanding of production planning and execution processes and best practices.
Hands-on experience with SAP PP modules, including Production Orders, Planned Orders, Capacity Planning, and MRP.
Proficiency in SAP PP integration with other modules (e.g., SAP MM, SAP SD) and third-party systems.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
