Manage the client relationship by overseeing everything from status calls to solution walkthroughs, feature training, and strategy sessions
Maintain timelines for regular client support requests
Responsible for client delivery
Partner with clients to understand their goals, objectives and grow their business
Contribute to the product feedback loop, providing requirements to Product and Engineering on how feedback should be incorporated into the requested feature
Identify areas for increased efficiency, from processes to frameworks and automated tools, operating under the belief that if you do something twice, you can find a more efficient approach
Collaborate with Product Management to provide requirements on new feature requests
Requirements
3+ years of experience
Operations, product management, project management or client relations experience
Self-directed learning style; naturally operate with an execution mindset and enjoy working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Comfortable navigating ambiguity, with the desire to implement process and standardize as you go
Detail and deadline oriented
Responsible, reliable, and flexible
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
