Position Responsibilities:

Oversee domestic and international logistics operations, ensuring timely and cost-effective transportation of goods.
Manage relationships with 3PL providers, freight carriers, and customs brokers to optimize performance and costs.
Design and implement scalable warehouse distribution networks, including the integration of new facilities in global markets.
Monitor and analyze logistics KPIs, such as delivery times, freight costs, and inventory turnover, to drive improvements.
Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations, customs requirements, and trade agreements.
Collaborate with inventory and demand planning teams to align logistics operations with business needs.
Develop contingency plans to address potential disruptions in the supply chain or transportation network.
Lead initiatives to implement new logistics technologies and software to enhance operational efficiency.

Basic Qualifications:

10+ years of logistics management experience, including international operations.
Strong knowledge of freight, customs, and warehouse distribution.
Experience working with 3PLs and global carriers.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Proficiency in logistics management software and ERP systems.
Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business, or a related field.

Salary Range: $100,000 to $160,000
