Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Technology or similar is required
Minimum 6 years management consulting experience OR minimum 4 years’ experience at a top-tier management consulting firm or professional services environment.
Minimum 6 years experience and in-depth knowledge in a specialized industry/domain considered a strong asset (preferred industries include financial services).
Comprehensive knowledge of Financial industries.
Models strong initiative, self starter behavior, consistently looking for ways to drive value and contribute to the team.
Strong track record of effectively delivering projects and solutions within a business environment (project management experience should include process improvement, process transformation, business modelling, organizational/functional design).
Solid track record of building relationships at all levels in an organization, establishing credibility amongst senior leaders and executives.
Proven success contributing to sales and business development opportunities with new prospects and existing clients.
Capable of effectively managing multiple projects and assignments, both client facing and internal, leading multiple teams.
Highly proficient in MS PowerPoint and Excel.
