Serve as Tier 1–2 support for hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
Handle onboarding/offboarding, Microsoft 365 account setup, and permissions.
Administer device management through Apple Business Essentials and Intune.
Guide staff on IT best practices and secure system usage.
Manage AWS and Azure environments, including VM hosting, storage, networking, and cost efficiency.
Support Windows and Linux servers, virtualization, and hybrid infrastructure.
Maintain backups, monitoring, and disaster recovery readiness.
Automate repetitive admin tasks where feasible.
Configure and support LAN/WAN, VPN, wireless networks, and Cisco devices.
Apply security policies, patches, and endpoint protections.
Assist in monitoring, audits, and compliance reporting.
Support infrastructure upgrades, SaaS integrations, and security initiatives.
Participate in application deployments, testing, and documentation.
Collaborate cross-functionally with IT leadership and engineering teams.

3+ years of experience as a System Administrator, Network Administrator, or IT Support Specialist.
Strong experience with AWS and Azure administration.
Proficiency with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Windows Server, and Linux systems.
Familiarity with networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, VLANs).
Experience with scripting (PowerShell, Bash, Python).
Strong troubleshooting skills and customer-service mindset.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
Certifications: AWS SysOps Administrator, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator, CompTIA Security+, or Cisco CCNA.
Previous experience supporting IT projects in mid-to-large organizations.
Familiarity with Asana, Jira, or similar ticketing/project systems.
