Role Overview
- Digital Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with company goals.
- Content Creation: Create high-quality, engaging content (e.g., blog posts, articles, social media posts) that resonates with our target audience.
- Channel Management: Oversee and optimize performance across various digital channels, including search engines, all social media platforms, and emails.

- Lead Generation: Develop and implement targeted lead generation campaigns to attract qualified prospects and work closely with the sales teams to get the targets
- Prospecting: Conduct in-depth research to identify potential clients and build targeted contact lists.
- Nurturing: Develop and execute effective lead nurturing programs to build relationships and move prospects through the sales funnel.
- Email Marketing: Create and send personalized email campaigns to engage prospects and drive conversions.
- LinkedIn Outreach: Leverage LinkedIn to connect with potential clients and generate leads.

Requirements
- Experience: At least 3-5 years of experience in marketing, with a strong focus on digital marketing and lead generation.

- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Google Digital Marketing/Advertising Products, marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot), CRM software, and data analysis tools e.g. G4, etc
- Soft Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
