About this role

Maintain and update financial records, including ledgers, invoices, and reconciliations
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
Ensure compliance with Singapore and US accounting standards (SFRS, US GAAP)
File Singapore taxes (GST, corporate tax) and assist with US tax matters
Work with outsourced accounting and compliance agencies in both the US and Singapore to handle specialized tasks and remain compliant
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and maintain internal controls
Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow to support informed decision-making
Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost savings

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (CPA/ACCA preferred)
At least three years of relevant experience in accounting or finance
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and strong Excel skills
Familiarity with US GAAP and Singapore Financial Reporting Standards
Excellent attention to detail, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and adapt to a fast-paced environment
