Role Overview
- Act as the primary point of contact, ensuring clear, consistent, and professional communication with clients
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships based on trust and value
- Assess client needs and make strategic recommendations aligned with their business goals
- Lead client discussions, manage expectations, and confidently guide decision-making
- Resolve client issues efficiently, exercising sound judgment in high-impact situations
- Monitor client satisfaction, gather insights, and proactively identify opportunities for improvement
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver solutions that enhance the overall client experience
- Support client retention and growth through consultative engagement and service excellence.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent experience
- At least 3 years of experience in client success, account management, or client-facing roles
- Experience in the staffing or recruiting industry is a strong advantage
- Proven ability to manage client relationships, retention, and upsell opportunities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence, negotiate, and build rapport
- Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
- Highly organized, proactive, and able to work independently
