Generate viable VMS clients in accordance to sales quotas within an assigned territory
Build, track and maintain person sales funnel; responsible for moving opportunities through the sales funnel at appropriate velocity
Create and maintain a business plan supporting company and professional objectives
Engage in outbound selling/prospecting as required by company expectations and business plan
Manage assigned territory in an organized and systematic fashion
Develop business opportunities through a combination of methods that may include all or in part: research, lead generation, prospecting, networking and in-person business appointment / pre-scheduled phone/video business appointments with new prospective clients
Generate leads through prospecting, networking, cold calling, both in-person, via telephone and other electronic media including but not limited to e-mail, social media, networking tools, etc
Partner with Crowdstaffing counterparts in sharing leads/opportunities and assist in the development of client relationships to expand Crowdstaffing's footprint
Complete timely entry of all required sales documentation into Crowdstaffing's CRM and other automated systems. Maintain consistency and integrity of data
Provide and proactively manage information on clients/prospects for bids, proposals or client opportunities within assigned territory
Maintain active participation and membership in appropriate networking and community based organizations
Meet and exceed all minimum requirements for weekly activity and revenue/growth expectations
Perform special assignments and complete projects as needed
Develop and expand individual sales competency through continuing education and participation in training, seminars, etc
Requirements
5+ years of proven success selling into Procurement, Human Resource and Talent Acquisition groups across a range of industries
BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
Proven ability to manage and secure million dollar + sales quotas
Hold strong communication skills, effectively communicating both verbally and in writing
Comfortable presenting product demonstrations and business presentations both virtually and in-person
Effectively communicate in-person with internal staff, external clients and field employees
Ability to travel to client meetings, networking events, conferences and corporate meetings as required
