Provide and maintain child welfare services, counseling and case management to individuals, families and groups that include birth, foster and adoptive families, within agency policy.
Build a positive working relationship with clients to meet their goals through regular, consistent, face-to-face or virtual client contact.
Maintain complete client files, ensure client records are up to date by inputting all necessary progress notes, data, and reports into the required data base in a timely manner on a regular basis.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Criminal Justice, or other Human Behavior Science.
Two years’ experience with Child Welfare, Adoption, Foster Care, community resources and/or care coordinator preferred.
Must be a licensed driver with access to a reliable automobile to meet client direct service expectations in their homes and community, who is insured in accordance with state and/or organization requirements.
