Requirements
Works with hiring managers and recruiters to build a deep understanding of what we are looking for in a role and can map that accurately to potential candidates
Is motivated and able to source a high volume of candidates when the role requires it
Can utilize creative ideas to stand out and help with particularly difficult searches
Has strong writing skills, and can craft messaging that engages candidates
Is data informed and is well versed in the metrics underlying their work
