Monitor and maintain a consistent pipeline of candidates.
Work with the Talent Acquisition Lead to grow sourcing operations, develop and implement process playbooks, and meet KPIs.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree is required.
At least 4 years of experience sourcing or recruiting global technical talent with a proven track record of success.
Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter is required, with experience using its advanced features for candidate research, outreach, and pipeline management.
Thorough understanding of the global talent pool and global sourcing strategies.
An unparalleled eye for talent and a strong understanding of the differences in knowledge and expertise between highly skilled developers and average talent.
Ability to proactively find and assess meetup groups, attend events, and naturally network.
Ability and drive to identify opportunities to present at developer meetups.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, as well as perfect grammar and command of the English language.
Ability to work under pressure and adhere to tight deadlines while never sacrificing quality.
Ability to communicate clearly and constantly with teams via Slack and other collaboration tools.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, rapidly growing company and handle a wide variety of challenges, deadlines, and a diverse array of contacts.
