Role Overview
- Edit and enhance User-Generated Content (UGC) videos for Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) to drive engagement and conversions.
- Create compelling short-form video content optimized for social media, including 1:1 and 9:16 formats.
- Ensure all videos are optimized for different ad placements, including Feed, Stories, and Reels.
- Develop engaging and high-converting content (static images, videos, carousels, etc.) for Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
- Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to align ad creatives with brand identity and campaign objectives.
- Research and implement current fashion trends, audience preferences, and competitor strategies to create effective ad content.
- Optimize ad creatives based on data insights and performance metrics.
- Creating square + 9:16 photos and videos
- Make content engaging with call to actions, discounts, and other information
- Various forms of the same content for A/B testing
Meta Ads Management:
- Work closely with the performance marketing team to ensure ad creatives meet best practices for paid media campaigns.
- A/B test different content formats, captions, and visuals to maximize engagement and conversion rates.
- Stay updated on Meta Ads policies, algorithm changes, and creative trends to ensure content effectiveness.
Requirements
- Proven experience in video editing for paid social media ads, preferably in the fashion or apparel industry.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or other video editing tools.
- Strong understanding of Meta Ads best practices and how to create engaging content for Facebook & Instagram.
- Ability to edit short-form videos with a focus on storytelling, engagement, and conversion.
- Experience working with UGC content and repurposing raw footage into compelling ads.
- Knowledge of typography, motion graphics, and visual effects is a plus.
- Ability to analyze ad performance metrics and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.
- Creative flair with the ability to produce visually appealing content that resonates with target audiences.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of fashion trends and consumer preferences in the apparel industry.
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with marketing and design teams.
Preffered Qualifications:
- Experience working in fashion, lifestyle, or e-commerce brands.
- Familiarity with TikTok Ads and UGC content creation is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and performance metrics.
