The Protocols team Product Manager is responsible for driving the day-to-day management of one of our blockchain teams.
We partner with the leading protocols and their direct investors to build whatever on-chain interaction they require that may include custody, staking, and governance support.
This role requires a combination of technical understanding, business acumen, and leadership skills to build new asset support, manage our backlog of features and maintenance improvements, and think strategically about scaling the way we work.

You have 3-5 years of relevant product management experience. Experience with blockchain and web3 companies not required.
You have experience in driving and managing complex projects across multiple teams, demonstrating exceptional leadership and problem-solving skills.
You have a background in engineering, equipping you with the acumen to effectively collaborate with technical teams to solve problems.

You are autonomous, with the ability to make informed decisions that align with our strategic goals.
You are deeply invested in optimizing the end-user experience and leveraging it to create business value.
