Role Overview

• You are responsible for developing a specialization within a specific domain of expertise, leveraging prior experience to further develop associated services and products
• You will sit onsite at the customer location to deliver PAS-X successfully
• You will help design, document and maintain pharmaceutical manufacturing processes
• You will translate customer requirements into software application
• You will manage, monitor and implement client work packages according to deployment needs
• You will participate in the design of client information systems
• You will organize and teach best practice product workshops at customer sites
• You will constantly seek ways to improve design, documentation and maintenance of manufacturing processes
• You will collaborate among client and internal teams for problem resolution
• You will investigate client issues and then communicate key insights and findings to product team
• You will analyze and enhance efficiency, stability and scalability of client systems

Requirements

• You have a degree in IT / Computer Science or Life Science field
• You have two (2) years of experience in the life sciences industry using PAS-X
• You have proven experience in eliciting requirements and executing test specifications
• You have strong written and verbal communication skills including technical writing skills
• You have solid analytical skills
• You want to actively contribute to turn entrepreneurial thinking into customer success.
