Role Overview
Provide Foreign Aid / Foreign Technical Assistance Sector-related Management And Operations Solutions for Grants Management Consulting Services on behalf of The Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC).
These services are considered part of the ProSidian Foreign Aid / Technical Assistance Sector Group.
The overall focus is enhancing the mission to provide services, support, and technical assistance for building and strengthening institutions that promote economic growth, open markets, and increased living standards in select countries.
The ProSidian Grants Management and Operations Expert seconded to MCC shall provide technical support to assist MCC's partner countries in implementing the MCC Program Grants Guidelines (PGG), develop and modify related templates and training manuals, and help MCAs supervise their implementation in select countries.
Respond and report to the MCC COR/PM on various activities and deliverables related to Grant activities and other such matters that may be needed for any specific task.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university and 5 years of Grant-related experience as described below.
Or a Master's degree from an accredited university and 3 years of Grant-related experience as described below.
Demonstrated experience implementing or managing multi-million-dollar Grant Programs in developing countries, working with organizations such as USAID, the U.S. Department of State, other U.S. Government agencies, private foundations, or other donor agencies.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
Demonstrated experience in writing and editing documents, such as guidance documents, procedures, or policies.
