About this role
Role Overview
As a Business Development Manager at Element Logic, you will play a key role in the company's growth.
Propose integration solutions for the systems and software we sell.
Analyze business opportunities through sector-specific market studies.
Target new customers to identify new markets.
Build and maintain a database organized by identified sectors.
Implement and execute the prospecting strategy defined by Sales Management.
Pre-qualify prospects at an advanced level.
Arrange meetings and deliver compelling initial presentations to potential clients.
Requirements
Master's degree (Bac +5) in business or equivalent, with proven experience (minimum 3 to 5 years).
Professional experience in intralogistics is desirable but not required.
Interest in technological solutions for automation, robotics, and mechanization.
Experience in commercial prospecting and converting inbound inquiries into qualified leads.
Experience in consulting or in customer-focused solution environments is desirable.
Proficient use of the MS Office suite.
Professional proficiency in French and English, both spoken and written.
