Role Overview
- Lead efforts to accelerate the growth of Emerson’s renewable technologies
- Serve as a subject matter expert on BESS markets and solutions
- Identify target applications, customer needs, and opportunities for value addition
- Lead engagement with battery and inverter OEMs for partnerships
- Collaborate with Marketing and Communications for product literature and promotional media
- Participate in new product development and market data gathering
- Identify and participate in industry conferences to elevate Emerson’s portfolio
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent working experience
- Knowledge of BESS facility operations, equipment, technologies, and control systems
- Experience in the BESS industry with 3 or more years in the field
- Experience in power generation marketing, sales, or product development with 5 or more years
- Ability and willingness to travel approximately 25–35%
- Authorization to work in the United States
