Intermediate Systems Engineer – IT Effectiveness, Video Conferencing, Phone Support

Role Overview

• Serve as a Systems Engineer
• Intermediate and provide coverage for swim lane tasks primarily considered in alignment with Task 2.4.3 – Video Conferencing And Phone Support related activities to Support Government And Public Services Sector Clients with Tier 1 and Tier 2 video and phone systems troubleshooting.
• Deliver technical solutions and support for phone systems and video conferencing hardware.
• Support video conferencing and voice services with advanced technical knowledge.

Requirements

• Telecommunication systems management experience, preferably in a multi-location environment.
• Intermediate-level video and phone system troubleshooting experience.
• Experience with video conferencing and telecommunication systems in federal agencies.
