Write, update, and maintain technical requirements for the Infotainment subsystem (and Cabin Thermal & Safety, as applicable) throughout production phases.
Conduct requirements elicitation through stakeholder interviews and workshops.
Utilize IBM DOORS for requirements management and traceability.
Perform system requirements analysis using established engineering methodologies.
Collaborate in the design and development of infotainment hardware and software systems.
Support system modeling and architecture activities.
Act as the key link between Design & Release Engineers (DREs) and System Architects.
Work cross-functionally with multidisciplinary engineering teams to ensure correct hardware–software integration.
Identify, analyze, and resolve hardware and software system failures.
Apply diagnostic tools to detect and address technical issues.
Use IBM Engineering Workflow Management (RTC) and JIRA to manage workflows, tasks, and issue tracking.
Contribute to the complete Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) for infotainment components.
Conduct thorough testing to validate system functionality and reliability.
Perform DFMEA to identify and mitigate potential design risks.
Create and maintain detailed records of diagnosed issues, implemented solutions, and established requirements.
Prepare and update technical documentation, including specifications and reports.
Requirements
University Degree (Bachelor’s or Engineering) in related fields such as: Mechatronics Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Computer Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering
Requirements Engineering: Intermediate level (1–3 years of experience in definition, management, and elicitation of requirements).
Requirements Management with IBM DOORS: Intermediate level (1–3 years of experience).
Workflow Control with IBM Engineering Workflow Management (RTC): Intermediate level (1 years of experience).
Issue Tracking with JIRA: Intermediate level (1–2 years of experience).
Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC): Intermediate level (1–3 years of experience).
Diagnostics and Troubleshooting (HW/SW): Intermediate level (1–3 years of experience).
Systems Engineering Methodologies: Intermediate level (1–3 years of experience).
Vehicle Communication Protocols (CAN, LIN): Intermediate level (1–3 years of experience).
Embedded Systems Knowledge: Intermediate level (1–3 years of experience).
