Monitor and Investigate Transactions: Utilize both internal and external risk monitoring tools to analyze transaction activities. Proactively identify and assess potentially fraudulent activities and risks.
Identify and Report Fraudulent Activities: Initiate investigation cases upon confirmation of fraud events. Support fraud investigations by maintaining detailed evidence logs and providing comprehensive descriptions of fraud events. Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to gather additional information and strengthen investigations.
Enhance Fraud Detection and Prevention: Identifies areas of opportunity within the scope of responsibility for increased and timely fraud detection, new fraud parameters and process improvements. Stay updated on industry best practices and technological advancements to continuously improve fraud prevention strategies.
Ensure Regulatory Compliance: Maintain a thorough understanding of relevant regulations and compliance requirements. Collaborate with compliance and legal teams to address any compliance-related concerns.
Requirements
Minimum of 3 years of analytical experience in banking, financial services, or card and payment processing environment
Excellent written and oral communication; research, investigation, and analytical skills; and documentation experience.
Ability to work efficiently and independently in a fast-paced, high volume and technology-driven environment.
