Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Information Technology, or a related field
- Strong interest in HR technology and data
- Analytical mindset and attention to detail
- Willingness to learn
- Organizational skills
- Effective communication
- Microsoft Excel (basic to intermediate)
- Basic understanding of databases or data reporting concepts
