Serve as the first point of contact for clients, providing exceptional service and support
Manage client inquiries, schedule appointments, and assist with various tasks
Communicate clearly and precisely to ensure clients understand the information provided
Utilize Pinnacle or Amtelco platform to manage incoming calls
Direct callers’ questions and complaints to the appropriate department for resolution
Set appointments based on customer accounts and concerns
Maintain procedures for accurate dispatching and appointment booking
Uphold high standards of customer service and promote a positive experience
Abide by quality assurance policy and continuously seek feedback for improvement

High School Diploma or GED Required
Prior Call Center Experience: Preferred, but not required
Proven work experience as an Appointment Setter, Call Center, or similar role
Excellent communication skills including active listening
Service-oriented and able to discern the caller’s reasons
Proficient with Amtelco platform, and/or able to learn efficiently
Optimistic and creative in “getting the job done” when times are difficult
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a remote environment with high dependability
Familiarity with contact center software and Microsoft Office suite is a plus
Bilingual a plus
