This full-time, 1st Shift position is based in Simpsonville, SC, and offers an exciting opportunity to join our team and contribute to a culture built on quality, integrity, and teamwork.
The Customer Care Specialist is responsible for providing a uniquely positive Customer Experience for our Dealer Partners. This is accomplished through our C.A.R.E. Values and by: accurately and efficiently entering Dealer Partner orders into our order processing system, checking those entries for accuracy, and alerting the Account Manager and/or Account Coordinator if information for entry is not complete or clear.
