Design and produce visual and written content, including ads, social media posts, and promotional materials using tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
Create and edit videos for various platforms, ensuring high-quality production that aligns with brand standards.
Manage and update website content to ensure accuracy, relevance, and alignment with current marketing campaigns.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as impressions, engagement, and sales data to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing efforts.
Conduct research on consumer trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities to support informed decision-making.
Work with product development, sales, and other departments to ensure alignment on brand messaging and strategy.
Maintain brand guidelines and ensure all marketing materials reflect a unified and professional brand identity.
Coordinate and schedule sales appointments and meetings. Manage the CEOs calendar, including arranging travel and accommodations as needed. Send reminders and confirmations to clients and internal teams.
Prepare, format, and proofread business documents, reports, and presentations. Manage email correspondence, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups. Maintain and organize digital files and records for easy access and retrieval.
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
