Role Overview
- Manage software development projects
- Manage and clarify project requirements
- Act as Scrum Master in a Scrum/Agile Development Team
- Ensure timely delivery and smooth team coordination
- Communicate with Product Management and customers
- Collaborate with local and remote internal/external teams and subcontractors
- Provide project reporting and updates
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field
- 3+ years of experience in project management or a similar role
- Strong background in software development
- Proven experience with Scrum or Agile as a Product Owner or Scrum Master
- Experience working with distributed or international teams
- High level of English proficiency (written and spoken)
- Russian or Norwegian is a plus, but not required
