About this role

Create responsive website layouts with a focus on user experience (UX) and intuitive user interface (UI) in Figma;
Develop social media assets: static images, animated content, videos, and promotional and advertising campaigns;
Create and adapt visual identities, logos, packaging, and materials such as promotional flyers;
Participate in brainstorming sessions and collaborate with the marketing and content teams to develop creative ideas;
Use artificial intelligence tools to optimize and enhance creative processes;
Manage workload responsibly, meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards.

Proven experience as a Graphic and/or Digital Designer, with an up-to-date portfolio;
Proficiency in Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, CapCut, and other creative tools;
Knowledge of video editing and motion design is essential;
Experience with visual identity and branding (logos, brands, style guides);
Experience designing for digital performance and promotional campaigns;
Familiarity with AI tools applied to design (Midjourney, RunwayML, D-ID, among others) is a plus;
Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines autonomously.
