About this role
Role Overview
- Lead implementations alongside the development team, focusing on delivering real impact for our customers
- Collaborate with Product and Design teams to build efficient solutions, prioritizing performance, scalability and quality
- Work closely with the Product Manager and Engineering Manager to help define solutions based on trade-offs between impact, speed and quality
- Identify and mitigate risks such as delivering solutions with low perceived value or that take longer than expected
- Promote software engineering best practices and contribute to the team's technical growth.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of backend programming languages
- Proficiency in algorithms and data structures
- Ability to write clean, well-tested, scalable code
- Product-minded with a focus on customer experience
