About this role
Role Overview
Build full-funnel paid search and social strategies aligned with pipeline, CAC, and LTV targets
Size opportunities and forecast ROI for campaign initiatives
Create effective account structures and roadmaps for performance improvement
Launch, monitor, and A/B test campaigns across Google, Microsoft, and emerging platforms
Drive continuous improvement in CTR, CVR, ROAS, and impression share
Optimize budget allocation and implement new platform features
Use GA4 and Looker to identify performance trends and actionable insights
Translate complex data into compelling narratives for senior leadership
Develop reporting that highlights key metrics and opportunities
Partner with Creative on ad copy and visual concepts
Coach junior team members on PPC best practices
Recommend new tools, betas, and channels worth piloting
Requirements
2-5+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns (Search, Shopping, P-Max) and Google Tag Manager
Demonstrated proficiency with bid automation strategies (Target ROAS, tCPA), audience segmentation, and feed management
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding aggressive CAC, ROAS, or revenue goals in both B2B and B2C environments
Strong analytical capabilities with expertise in Excel, Looker/Power BI, and performance analysis
Growth mindset with a commitment to iteration, documentation, and knowledge sharing
Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)
